Very Realistic. It helps me with my teaching. The best part is that it's exactly the same reward and penalty for accurate ball/turf contact.

The feel on impact of the ball and club is unbelievable. If the contact is good, it feels like the fairways I play on and if contact is too heavy, you will feel the difference...The feel on impact of the ball and club is unbelievable. It looks and feels awesome. You can not even tell that he hits off of it. I thought that you would be able to see scuff marks, but not at all. ...because of the depth of the artificial turf, I can practice on my deck without any problem or feeling of hurting my left elbow when I hit down on the ball, thus encouraging effective ball striking....because of the depth of the artificial turf, I can practice on my deck without any problem or feeling of hurting my left elbow when I hit down on the ball, thus encouraging effective ball striking.

My personal barefoot beer drinking driving range. I really enjoy the new mat. I am able to hit down & through the mat. It's the same feeling as hitting off a well maintained high end fairway. I am sure to get many years of enjoyment out of this backyard golf upgrade. I started at 9AM and finished about 3PM. I got everything for the install at Home Depot for about $200. During the winter months here in Colorado I can now go 'hit the range' regardless of the weather outside. It's very convenient to have the setup right here so I don't waste the time driving to a range and back again. Finally, what I find myself doing now is reading articles or swing tips online, then being able to head right into the garage and practice what I just read. It is as convenient as having a full range in the backyard! I like the feel to stand on and when swinging through the ball. It has the feel of a fairway, and if I hit it fat, I know it. I also love the fact that I can put a tee in the mat and hit my driver. I am very happy I found your site on the web and ordered the mat from you.During the winter months here in Colorado I can now go 'hit the range' regardless of the weather outside. One Arm Drills Improve Tempo and Increase Distance

Posted in: Blog by Jay on August 16, 2010

visit www.AGameGolfInstruction.com for hundreds of golf instruction videos. In this “A” game golf instruction video, you’ll learn how to develop greater power in your swing by using a simple one arm drill, training your left side to pull and rotate properly and strengthening your hands and forearms at the same time. People who slice the golf ball often don’t have good club head release with proper forearm rotation and wrist hinging. These drills show you how to generate good release and build the muscles that are necessary. Performing these one arm golf drills will build strength and increase distance. Putting it together and hitting golf balls with one arm is challengin and difficult and is a good measure of how much strength you have as well as proper rotation. Once you are able to make each arm perform well individually, it will make it easier for them to work together for maximum efficiency and performance.
